Solar for Covenant House

 

As a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families facing homelessness and hardship, Covenant House is committed to innovative solutions that benefit both the environment and our community.

That’s why we’ve partnered with Everybody Solar to install a 27.8 kW solar array that will generate 30,581 kWh of electricity annually.

 

 

Having solar at Covenant House will help to offset 35% of our annual electricity expenses, which will allow us to allocate more resources directly to vital support services, but it also will serve as an invaluable educational tool for the individuals we serve, as well as the wider community.
