Housing Support

Our housing programs are designed to help people access safe, stable housing and stay housed with the support they need.

  • Housing First helps people experiencing chronic homelessness access permanent, affordable housing quickly. The program pairs housing with case management and supportive services to help residents remain housed and move forward.

To learn more about Housing First, contact Amy Lusk 304-344-8053, ext. 18.

  • We operate residences in Charleston for people who are medically qualified or living with disabling mental health conditions that may otherwise place them at risk of homelessness. Through HUD Section 811 Housing, residents are able to live as independently as possible with affordable, permanent housing and supportive services.

To see if you qualify or to make a self referral, contact Sommer Short 304-344-8053, ext. 45.

  • The Residential and Resource Program helps low-income, chronically ill, and medically qualified individuals and families find safe, stable housing or remain housed and avoid homelessness. Serving 22 counties across West Virginia, the program also helps participants improve access to medical care and other support services.
