The Challenge

For one night each year, some of Charleston’s best chefs come together to create a gourmet multicourse meal with a twist. Every dish uses food typically found in our pantry.

Through Chef’s Challenge, students work alongside celebrity chefs and culinary professionals, gaining real-world experience while helping shape the future of Charleston’s food community.
